We’re looking for a <strong>Jr. Affiliate Manager</strong> to support both our affiliate and advertiser partnerships. This is a great entry point into the world of affiliate marketing, with hands-on training and fast growth opportunities.</p> <p>If you’re hungry to learn and grow, self-driven, and eager to work with big numbers, while bringing strong communication and negotiation skills - this role is the perfect fit for you.</p> <p><strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul><li>Work closely with Account Managers to grow company profits.</li><li>Assist our business development team in growing our big accounts.</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates &amp; advertisers (contracts, tracking setup, creatives).</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners (advertisers &amp; publishers).</li><li>Manage daily communications with partners and coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams.</li><li>Monitor affiliate campaigns and advertiser offers: traffic, conversions, ROI, EPC.</li><li>Help negotiate CPL rates, contracts, and payment terms under guidance.</li><li>Share reports, insights, and optimization suggestions to help partners meet performance goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, payout models (CPL, CPA, Rev-Share), and vertical dynamics.</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Have</strong></p> <ul><li>Strong communication (written &amp; verbal) and interpersonal skills in English.</li><li>Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Very organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Quick learner - proactive, coachable, and eager to grow in affiliate marketing.</li><li>Self-starter (a true “doer”) with the ability to figure things out independently.</li><li>Team player who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Stress-resilient and comfortable working under pressure.</li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge of digital marketing or affiliate marketing industry.</li><li>Proficient with Excel, data, and dashboards.</li><li>Familiarity with payout models (CPL, CPA, Rev-Share) and campaign tracking setups (postbacks, pixels, links).</li><li>Experience with outreach (email, LinkedIn) or CRM tools.</li><li>Smart and creative with good commercial sense.</li><li>Proactivity to anticipate changes and take initiative beyond assigned tasks.</li><li>Not having a strict 9–5 mentality; flexibility to communicate across different time zones.</li><li>Interest in negotiation, sales, and building long-term commercial relationships.</li><li>Awareness of affiliate marketing trends, verticals, and funnel dynamics.</li></ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Competitive salary</strong> + performance-based bonuses that reward results.</li><li>Be part of a fast growing <strong>Global Digital Performance Marketing Company</strong> where your work truly matters.</li><li><strong>Training &amp; mentorship</strong> from experienced team members to help you grow fast.</li><li>Clear opportunities for <strong>career progression</strong> in the exciting world of affiliate marketing.</li></ul> <p><strong>Please provide your CV in English.</strong><strong><br /></strong><br /></p>
