<p>Удалённая работа на полный день, надолго, в канадском бренде пищевых добавок, который продаёт на Amazon. Оплата: 800-1400 долларов США в месяц, в зависимости от опыта. Откликайтесь по почте в теме письма укажите AMZ-OPS-SR.</p> <p>--- English ---</p> <p>Remote Senior Amazon Operations Manager (Seller Central Canada, FBA, Systems &amp; AI) - Full-Time</p> <p>Pay: US$800-1,400/month. Where you start in the range depends on you: your experience, skill and how you think. Most people start around US$800-900, and strong, proven people can start at US$1,300-1,400. Paid trial of 2-4 weeks at US$200/week.</p> <p>This is a full-time, long-term remote role. It is not project-based or freelance work.</p> <p>Hours: Remote, full-time (about 40 hours a week), with 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (Canada) every weekday.</p> <p>About us</p> <p>We're a growing health and supplement brand sold mainly on Amazon in Canada. We're a small team, we move fast, and Amazon is the core of our business. You'll work directly with the founder.</p> <p>Who we're looking for</p> <p>We want someone who runs the account like it's their own business, and who thinks in systems, not one-off fixes.</p> <p>You'll be a great fit if you:</p> <p>- See how the pieces connect: stock, ads, listings, cash and account health</p> <p>- Ask "why did this happen?" and fix the cause, not just the symptom</p> <p>- Build checklists, trackers and simple processes so things don't break twice</p> <p>- Use AI tools every day and set up workflows that save hours each week</p> <p>- Make calls with numbers, and say early and plainly when something is going wrong</p> <p>- Can guide a junior teammate</p> <p>- Want a long-term main job, not a side gig</p> <p>Please don't apply if you're looking for a part-time gig, a short project, or a second job next to another full-time one.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>- Own Seller Central Canada: account health, performance notifications, policy issues, appeals, Seller Support cases</p> <p>- Own inventory and FBA: build and run the reorder forecast, plan FBA shipments around capacity limits and lead times, fix inbound problems, recover reimbursements</p> <p>- Own listings and Brand Registry: keep listings healthy and compliant, fix suppressed or hijacked listings, run flat file updates, brief image and A+ changes</p> <p>- Run PPC day to day: Sponsored Products and Brands, negatives, bids and budgets within targets, and tell us what's working</p> <p>- Manage suppliers, 3PL and freight: POs, prep, labels, shipping dates, keeping everyone on schedule</p> <p>- Build systems: SOPs, trackers and AI-assisted workflows for reports, listing checks, case writing and research</p> <p>- Report: a short weekly report (sales, ad spend, ACoS/TACoS, stock cover, account health, issues and next steps) and a monthly review with what you'd change</p> <p>- Guide a junior Amazon associate</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>- 4+ years hands-on in Amazon Seller Central, ideally across more than one brand or account (Canada or US a plus)</p> <p>- You've owned inventory planning and FBA shipments yourself, including forecasts and capacity limits</p> <p>- You've handled account health problems end to end: appeals, plans of action, reinstatements</p> <p>- Solid Amazon PPC: ACoS vs TACoS, match types, negatives, campaign structure</p> <p>- Strong in Google Sheets or Excel: you build the forecast or report, not just read it</p> <p>- Heavy, daily use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your Amazon work, and you can show us how</p> <p>- Strong written and spoken English. Working English is required.</p> <p>- Reliable computer, internet and power backup</p> <p>Nice to have, not required: supplements or health products on Amazon; Amazon Canada specifically; Helium 10, Jungle Scout or Data Dive; simple automations (Zapier, Make, Apps Script); 3PL experience; Shopify or Walmart; having led or trained others.</p> <p>Your future here</p> <p>- Long-term role on a growing brand, working directly with the founder</p> <p>- Room to grow into Head of Amazon or E-commerce, hire and lead a small team, own launches and new marketplaces</p> <p>- Pay grows with your impact, with regular raise reviews</p> <p>How to apply</p> <p>Email with the subject line starting "AMZ-OPS-SR" (applications without it won't be reviewed).
